Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROUP CLASS & 1-to-1 PERSONAL TRAINING?
A: With 1-to-1 Personal Training you set the times that are convenient for you.
Also the entire focus is on you for the full 1 hour session.
A program is designed specifically for you, focusing on the areas that are of importance
to you. Your daily Diet and day to day activities will be constantly monitored by your Personal
Trainer to ensure that you get to your ultimate goal.
With Group Classes, the group is somewhat expected to stay together. For some,
its a great motivator. For others its sometimes difficult to keep up. You can go at your own
pace and will still see results. But, since the Personal Trainer has others to focus on,
as well as you, its not always possible to give you the constant push you may need .
At your initial consultation, an assessment will be made as to which training is best for you.
CONSULTATION and NUTRITION 1-to-1 Personal Training and Group Personal Training Come with a full assessment . LEARN what you are doing wrong and secret techniques to get fast results. You will be provided with a diet plan, that will include regular foods you like, meat , eggs, pasta, cheese and even ice cream.
FOR ANY EXERCISE CLASS
We Strongly Recommend Attending at Least 2 Classes per Week to get the best results
REFUND POLICY ALL CLASSES & PERSONAL TRAINING are subject to a 7 day grace period, after which sessions purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable.
However, if a client does not follow the program or fails to conduct him/her self in an appropriate manner, WE reserve the right and authority to terminate the program at any time. (with applicable refund)
